Due to problems tensioning device,broken belt conveyor belt skid,wandering caused the phenomenon such as coal mine accidents have occurred,tensioner good work performance is the precondition of the safe and stable operation of belt conveyor can be.This paper first analyzes the tension condition of belt conveyor,this paper expounds the resistance analysis of belt conveyor running,and hydraulic tensioning device of belt conveyor for overall design;The mechanical device design and electrical control system design process of the belt conveyor hydraulic tensioning device are described in detail.This paper briefly analyzes the tensioning method of hydraulic tensioning device of belt conveyor,and establishes the mathematical model and simulation model of hydraulic tensioning device of belt conveyor.Using Matlab Simulink development environment and fuzzy toolbox,the simulation of hydraulic winch work and the work of tensioning oil cylinder were obtained,and the corresponding dynamic response curve was obtained.Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control compared with the traditional PID control,the system response quickly,small overmodulation,less volatile,so fuzzy PID control is more suitable for mine belt conveyor tension control,and through particle swarm algorithm,optimize the tensioning device controller design and simulation,the results show that the designed by particle swarm algorithm of PID controller can be a good choice,thereby the optimal control of the controlled object,improve the response and stability "stable".
