In recent years,the coal industry has developed rapidly,and the degree of coal mining mechanization is getting higher and higher.With the development of large conveyor capacity,high efficiency,long distance and high belt speed,the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor during start up carrying out research has become an inevitable trend in the design and selection of modern belt conveyors.This paper mainly studies the starting characteristics of the dual drive of the belt conveyor.Taking the belt conveyor of a coal mine in Hancheng as the research object,through simulation analysis,under the requirements of economy and reliability,it seeks the best operation of the belt conveyor system.Good combination.This article focuses on the following aspects:Theoretical analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor,using the point-by-point method to calculate the tension value of the key points in the running direction of the belt conveyor in the actual operation process:(1)Theoretical analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor,using the point-by-point method to calculate the tension value of the key points in the running direction of the belt conveyor in the actual operation process;(2)Establish a virtual prototype model of a discrete belt conveyor.Using the many-body dynamics characteristics of the conveyor belt,analyze the impact of the four common acceleration start curves on the maximum tension of the conveyor belt and the changing trends of the speed and acceleration of the head and tail rollers of the belt conveyor.Whether the belt conveyor starts under no-load or load conditions,the parabolic start is an ideal starting curve;(3)Simulate and analyze the different roller spacing of belt conveyor.By analyzing the tension change of the characteristic point of the belt conveyor and the drape of the conveyor belt during the starting process,the simulation results are within the theoretically allowable error range,and the model is verified to be correct.Helps to reduce the maximum tension of the conveyor belt and ease the drape of the conveyor belt during operation;(4)The effect of different tension methods on the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor was studied.By studying the dynamic characteristics of the starting process of the belt conveyor under different tension devices,it provides a basis for selecting the appropriate tension device for the belt conveyor;(5)The influence of the different installation positions of the dual drive on the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor starting process is studied.Studies have shown that when the belt conveyor is horizontally transported,starting with a double-header and tail roller can reduce the maximum tension of the conveyor belt during the starting process,reduce the amount of lateral deviation,and reduce the maximum acceleration of the driving roller;When the inclination of the upper belt conveyor is relatively large,the maximum tension of the belt can be reduced by using the double-drum drive of the head during the starting process of the belt conveyor.
