| With the rapid development of overvoltage in China,the accuracy of on-grid energy in electricity plant and off-grid energy in administration of power supply are attracting the attention of the electrical power system and customers.Transformer is an important device in terms of electric energy measurement,which has a significant impact on the electricity assessment and charge.As a sort of installation equipment,UHV CVT(capacitor voltage transformer)must be on-site verified.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the work of the 1000 kV UHV CVT vehicle calibration platform.This paper presents a 1000 kV UHV CVT vehicle calibration platform system in the light of the current situation of large size of the transformer calibration equipment,low field efficiency,high detection cost,labor intensity,insecurity based on the research of transformer calibration method.The platform is divided into three parts,specifically,power supply system,standard voltage transformer and error measuring system.Through an analysis and comparison against the existing power system,the final electricity system is decided to be using the principle of series resonance to form frequency modulated series resonant system by means of multi-position adjustable mode of resonant reactor,which can achieve Maximum rated boost voltage.Standard potential transformers are series ones,consisting of two standard voltage transformers of 500 kV connected in series with partial pressure equalization,to satisfy the requirements of field calibration measurement assurance program.Error measuring system adopts a transformer calibrator and a special high voltage load box with the measuring method simple and convenient,thus checking the results quickly and accurately.In the vehicle calibration platform system,taking into account of a number of transportation and site factors,this method ensures the safety of transportation and experiment through lifting platform and shock absorber design.Finally,the vehicle platform of the project was successfully applied to the 1000 kV UHV Shandong Jinan station and achieved good results.Its comprehensive technical level precedes much of its peers in China,envisioning application prospects abroad.Nowadays,the favourably noticed results have been adopted by Zhejiang electric power research institute and Chinese EPRI. |
