Research And Implementation Of Integrated Management Of Substation Based On On-line Detection Technology

In accordance with the State Grid Corporation of large maintenance construction requirements,a large number of rural power substation operation and maintenance,and the work of maintenance all merged to the city company maintenance branch,while a large number of intelligent substation put into operation,and the substation unattended and remote operation to promote the application of the original substation.The problems and difficulties in the management mode are gradually emerging.While personnel of operation and maintenance carry out infrared temperature at the same time,and they also take into account of the switch operation,daily inspection,special inspection,and the work has much labor intensity.In addition to its own design,material and quality factors,accidents that the temperature of indoor operating environment,humidity and condensation and other harsh environmental factors caused by high voltage switchgear have occurred frequently,causing a great risk of safe production.The switchgear is a closed device,and it can not be penetrated by the infrared equipment in the inspection.And it can not have a objective,direct and accurate check of the temperature changes at the first time for the internal switch,the circuit breaker connection,the main bus connection,and cable connector.Also it can not achieve the maintenance and the operation of management requirements in early detection and early prevention.With the increasing number of substations year after year,the jurisdiction of every substation turns bigger.The average distance of 60.73 km is from the team location to the other substations,and the distance of some remote substation is up to more than 100 km,which results in a waste of a lot of time in daily operation and maintenance management on the distance,reducing the daily efficiency of inspection,which can not timely masters the operation of equipment.In this paper,based on the existing operation and maintenance system,it solve problems of labor intensity,low frequency of inspection and cabinet that cannot be detected and other types in the actual production and operation through the high pressure chamber of system in Dehumidification,switchgear temperature and humidity on-line monitoring technology and outdoor electrical equipment online infrared detection technology,and actively carries out the promoting work of 110 kV substation,and then enhances the ability to monitor running status of equipment as a whole.It also promotes the transition from periodic testing to state maintenance of power equipment,and comprehensively enhances the level of substation management.
