| A wireless remote monitoring system of transformer substation based on GSM/GPRS isdeveloped in the paper according to the practical task. The data of electric power is collectedautomatically and transmitted, then the power quantity and load management are calculatedreal time to predominate the practical condition, which provides exact information.The principle and operation of GSM/GPRS are introduced briefly first. According to thedistribution characteristic of oilfield substation, the technology is adopted to the remotemonitoring system. Then the system is designed and the structure, the method of sampling,Field-Bus and transmitting model are chosen. The part of software analyzes thecommunication model detailedly, which includes the establishing method of communicationprotocol, communication control, data calling and short message. Finally, the wireless remotemonitoring system is realized and its function models are also introduced. |
