With the rapid development of power technology,the current grid management,monitoring level no longer meet modern production requirements.In order to improve the level of automation and management of the grid,achieve the purpose reduced to increase efficiency,enhance the monitoring role of the remote monitoring center,substation job security management has become increasingly important.Therefore,in order to solve the above problems,this paper relies on Zha Cheng substation job security management of Zhengzhou power company.The aim is to establish a security,monitoring and management system in the substation to reduce the risk of high-risk job of power production process,improve the safe operation of the substation management efficiency to meet modern electricity needs.Based on microwave interferometer principle,power operator's position is achieved by transmitting UWB signal from positioning machine installed in the helmets in TDMA way.Positioning data are processed using Kalman filter algorithm combining low-pass smoothing filter algorithm,which three-dimensional positioning error better than 12 cm,and data refresh rate is 8Hz.Combined with the existing power operation processes,work sheet input and management,automatically generate alerts area,three-dimensional monitoring of job security,sound and light alarm tips,record and playback of work process and other functions will be implemented.This system is composed of RF subsystem and monitoring subsystem.RF subsystem consists of four positioning machines and six antenna integrated machines,which mainly implement two functions send and receive of positioning signals,control channel modulation and demodulation.Monitoring subsystem consists of solver server,monitor computers,POE switches and routers,which mainly implement two functions: resolve digital positioning signal and monitor the entire job process.Oracle database and C # language are used to achieve background monitoring software based on C/S mode.All-round monitoring for every maintainer can enter the work site in the whole process can be achieved by this software,in which different identities determine have different range,for example,the one who beyond his range will get the warning and make a special record,which can urge maintainer to develop good work habits.User-role-permission modes are completed in system management module.This module will prevent the system unauthorized access and ensure system security.
