Study On The Personnel Training Mode About Work And Study Combination Of Construction Cost Profession In Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to meet the needs of the economic and social development,the Construction Cost Major was established in 1997.This hot and popular Major has prosperous market demand and favorable future prospects for employment.In 2017,an article published in the Headhunting mentioned that the average annual salary of the engineer majoring in Construction Cost reached to RMB 300,000.In China,a lot of people choose to study this major.Up to now,the number of universities running this major has amount to 162,and about 30 Higher Vocational colleges in Hubei.But the talents with higher quality are still few.According to the investigation,the author finds that there are many problems in talent cultivation,which restricts the development and improvement of the quality of talents and quality of serving the society.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the background,significance,current situation,methods,framework and the innovation of the research.In the second part,the author analyzes the current situation of the talent cultivation.In the third part,the author makes an investigation on the talent training in Construction Cost Major of Huanggang Poly-technic College,especially on the typical training mode of Co-educating talents by the College,Enterprises and the Filed.In the fourth part,the author puts forward the reform strategy of combination of learning with working.Based on the mode of Co-educating talents by the College,Enterprises and the Filed,the author also gives some advices on cultivating talents from different aspects including talents objective,curriculum system,teaching methods,teaching staff,cooperation between colleges and enterprises,and security mechanism.In the last part,the author makes a conclusion,points out the insufficiency and puts forward the academic prospect.
