In accordance with related statistics,the consumption of construction industry takes one third of the total energy consumption of the society.Considering that the consumption of primary energy would gradually run out,the energy conservation of construction industry plays a crucial role for the energy conservation of the whole society before the long-term effective alternative energy is found.The energy consumption of public buildings in the building construction takes 22% of construction energy consumption and the energy conservation of public buildings has become an important component of the social energy conservation.At present,the energy consumption of the majority public buildings in the country stays high continuously,which does not only become the huge burden for the national economy but also brings huge economic loss for enterprises.For the shopping mall in the public architecture,since it runs throughout the year and the industrial status is complex,its energy consumption per unit is much higher than other public architecture,such as office building and hotels.Therefore,the study of energy conservation of shopping mall is important for the research on the energy conservation of public architecture.To begin with,this paper discusses major characteristics of the energy consumption of shopping mall and summarized major factors affecting the energy consumption in the shopping mall.It analyzes the influences of construction location,external building envelope,and thermal performance of the glass,indoor designing parameters and the type of electromechanical system on the energy consumption;meanwhile,the analysis on the influences of the management style of electromechanical equipment and operation on energy consumption are also carried out.After clarifying major factors affecting the energy consumption in the shopping mall and its influence mechanism,we could propose the method of energy conservation by targeting at influential factors.Then,the paper describes the designing parameters and running strategy of a certain shopping mall and lists existed problems of the project.Based on the analysis,it proposes energy conservation methods being applicable in the designing and summarizes the energy conservation technology featuring rational economic and technologic benefits;besides,based on current running management status,the energy consumption analysis is made.The energy conserved running measures are proposed according to the energy consumption analysis to reduce the energy consumption of the overall construction;at last,the paper summarizes lessons-learned for energy consumption In operation,which plays the guiding role for the similar projects in the future in terms of energy conservation designing and energy conservation running management.Furthermore,the paper proposes the target of 10% energy conservation,designs the plan of energy conservation and confirms the renovation possibility in accordance with the actual status of the project.The renovation content includes group control renovation of refrigerating station,increasing frequency converter in fresh air handling unit and changing the running strategy of oil some exhauster.By comparing the energy consumption data of air conditioner before and after two years of the renovation,the paper makes analysis on the technological and economic benefits of the renovation results.At last,it optimizes the designing standards from aspects of heat preservation of the construction,glass parameters,designing standards of the air conditioner,equipment performance and lighting standards and points out that it should add the energy consumption related content in the group designing standards to guide the implementation of new projects and renovation projects of the group.It looks into the possible energy conservation method in the future and hopes that the energy conservation for a large quantity of public constructions could be realized extensively.
