In recent years,with the increasing number of large-scale buildings,research on building energy efficiency has also received much attention.Among them,commercial buildings have higher requirements for indoor comfort,and the cooling and heating time of buildings is longer than other construction time.Commercial buildings also consume more energy per unit area.At present,there is no accurate statistics and analysis on the energy consumption of the case mall-Helanshan commercial building,and its energy consumption characteristics are not clear.This has led to the stagnation of the progress of energy-saving renovation of case malls and the promotion of energy-saving technologies.Based on this,the author believes that the statistics and analysis of the energy consumption of the case mall construction is an urgent problem to be solved.First of all,this paper investigates and analyzes the specific energy consumption of the case mall,and obtains reliable building energy consumption data and related data.Using the mathematical statistics method,the data obtained are researched and analyzed to know the specific characteristics of the shopping mall building,the characteristics of energy consumption,and the operation and management of energy-consuming equipment.Then,use the tools such as Sketch Up and Energy Plus to establish an energy consumption model,and carry out evaluation and energy-saving optimization research on the energy consumption status of the air-conditioning system in the case mall.Finally,through simulation experiments,it is concluded that optimizing the chilled water supply temperature,adjusting the chilled water supply and return water temperature difference setting and installing the heat recovery device can reduce the electric energy consumption of the case store air conditioning system.Among them,the energy saving effect of “adjusting the temperature difference between the chilled water supply and return water” and “adding the heat recovery device” is obvious,and the energy saving rate can reach 9.42% and 6.13%,respectively.The energy saving effect of “optimizing the temperature of chilled water supply” is not obvious,and the maximum energy saving rate is only 0.34%.The research results of this paper have certain reference value for the building energy saving of the case mall and the shopping malls in the northwest region similar to the case.The future research direction of this paper is to investigate the energy consumption data of shopping malls in the northwest region and expand the sample data of the research to make the research more in line with the actual situation.
