With the rapid development of urban rail vehicle technology,urban rail vehicle has become one of the most important transportations in daily trips.In order to improve the level of comfort,they put forward higher requirements of the performance of the urban rail air conditioning.However,urban rail air conditioning controller is the key factor in improving urban rail air conditioning performance,which was monopolized by some foreign companies.And the Multifunction Vehicle Bus has been widely applied in urban rail vehicles,but domestic technology of air conditioning controller is not mature enough to support MVB interface,which also lead to limitations of domestic air conditioning controller in practical use.So design a kind of domestic urban rail conditioning MVB controller is of great significance for the development of urban rail vehicle technology.On the basis of a thorough understanding of MVB communication mechanism,combined with the function of urban rail conditioning MVB controller,this paper designs a kind of MVB controller for urban rail conditioning based on FPGA.This controller is designed in detail by Quartus II,which consists of master module,sending module,receiving module,logic control module,and this paper provides design flow of each module,then uses VHDL hardware description language for programming and uses ModelSim for simulation.In order to improve the reliability of the design of urban rail air conditioning MVB controller,maximum algebra algorithm is proposed to improve the real-time character of MVB controller process data communication,and by introducing a periodic input control,this paper discusses the relationship between the matrix of deliver headway and operation time the non-block situation of the system.Finally this paper analyses the communication obstructive by calculation and simulation.After finishing the design of urban rail conditioning MVB controller based on FPGA and the theory analysis of the reliability of data communication,test platform of urban rail conditioning MVB controller is established.After finishing the hardware design,function simulation,theoretical analysis and actual testing of this design of urban rail air conditioning MVB controller,the good performance is demonstrated.It provides a feasible solution for domestically produced urban rail air conditioning controller,at the same time it has positive effect in accelerating independent development of China's urban rail control system and in promoting the technology level of urban rail vehicle electrical equipment.
