Statistical Analysis And Management Decision Optimizatioon Of Expressway Traffic Accidents Of The Taigan Expressway Of Daguang

Expressway in China's transport system has an important position,carrying 70% of our cargo volume and 40% of the passenger traffic in the road transport plays a leading role,but also play a role on the socio-economic,people's health and safety.By the end of 2015,the total mileage of China's highway has reached 12.54 km,China's car ownership reached 137 million,54089 people died in a traffic accident.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze the highway traffic accidents and to improve the decision-making to reduce the traffic accident rate,improve the traffic condition,ensure the traffic safety and improve the traffic safety level and the traffic capacity.Based on the traffic accident data of Taigan Expressway of Daguang,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the traffic accident of expressway.First,through the way of the chart,from the time,space,people,vehicles,road,environment and other aspects display various characteristics of the highway,the highway traffic accident found in time,space,people,vehicles,roads,environment and other aspects have some regularity.According to the definition of accident,the whole section is divided into 31 small sections,use principal component analysis and cluster analysis treat the number of accidents,the number of casualties,the loss of property and other indicators to assign the accident-prone and accident-prone section of the degree of risk,So as to the accident improving the basis of quantification of governance decision optimization.Then,analyze the factors influencing traffic accidents by accumulating logarithmic logistic regression from the aspects of human,vehicle,road and environment.Analysis found that the main factors affecting the highway traffic accidents are: the models of car,whether overload,accident collision patterns,road conditions,weather and so on.Which is only the impact of the road conditions on the ramp,and the impact of the situation is not significant.Finally,the impacts of accident analysis of traffic accidents and traffic accident factors research and improve governance optimization model combining for accident management decision to establish and improve the optimization model to determine the path of improving governance decision on the road.Can according to the characteristics of accident prone section for effective decision provide the basis for decision making,so as to reduce the probability of accidents,improve highway safety.
