Traffic Accident Characteristics And Technical Countermeasures Of Shuima Expressway Traffic

With the rapid development of China's expressway,the traffic safety situation is more severe,especially in the mountainous areas,the traffic safety problem has increasingly become the focus of social attention.How to explore the internal causes of accidents and effectively identify the accident prone road sections through traffic data mining technology,and then put forward corresponding improvement measures,has become one of the directions of industry concern and efforts.First of all,relying on Yunnan Shuima expressway,collect traffic accident data and casualties of 2011-2018 Shuima expressway,investigate horizontal and vertical alignment,traffic volume,traffic composition,etc.,and have a preliminary understanding of the current driving safety situation of Shuima expressway.Secondly,eliminate the obvious non road caused traffic accidents,classify the remaining traffic accidents according to the accident form,cause,vehicle type and weather conditions,and comprehensively analyze the influence degree of different factors on the traffic accidents;divide the section units of Shuima Expressway with 1km as the section unit and 200 m as the moving step length,and get 5 groups of 136 section units in each group.The improved cumulative frequency curve method is used to identify the primary road section with frequent accidents.Then,based on the clustering analysis method,the primary road sections with frequent accidents are accurately identified,and the real black spot road sections are finally obtained by using the R language density clustering FPC package for clustering analysis;according to the severity of accidents and casualties in each black spot road section,the final black spot road sections are sorted according to the level of equivalent accidents per hundred meters.Finally,based on the analysis of the accident form,linear condition and operation speed of the black spot road section,this paper explores the internal relationship between the accident and the road,identifies the possible causes of the accident,and proposes specialized,refined and precise safety improvement countermeasures from the aspects of linear condition,facilities along the line and traffic management,combining the urgency of black spot road section governance and financial conditions.Improve the traffic safety of the black spot road.
