Flood disaster is the most serious damage in the nature disaster,the number of collapsed houses caused by floods has brought huge economic losses to the country and the people.There are few researches so far on the failure mechanism of the building structure due to flood,therefore,the structural design of the village buildings and the structural design of floodplains are lack of reliable references.In this paper,the law of flood wave motion and flood loadings are analyzed and the failure mechanism of the building structure under the action of the flood is studied to obtain the submerged water depth of the building structure design and the designed reference flow rate.At the same time,an effective measure which can improve the fight flood performance of village construction and strengthen the weak position of structure is put forward.The research focuses mainly on four aspects:(1)Based on the current formula of water flow load,the water flow force of buildings with opening under the flood disaster is deduced,and the relationship between the compressive influence coefficient of the flow resistance and the opening rate of the wall is obtained.The formula of wave load for flood area and the load distribution are obtained by contrasting different formulas.(2)The finite element software is used to model the main building structure of the village-masonry structure.The main research of this paper focuses on the study on the failure mechanism of the masonry structure,the separation model is used to simulate the interaction of brick and mortar.The stress,deformation and failure of the structure are analyzed by the pretreatment and post-treatment of the finite element software to obtain the destructive process and deformation of the building structure.The simulation results confirm the weak parts of the building structure,which provide reference for the design of building structures.(3)Impact analysis of the building structure is carried out,there are 75 kinds of loading conditions with the different water depths,flow rates and wave heights that have been simulated.The simulation results get the design depth and design flow velocity,which are suitable for the construction of flood areas.(4)In this paper,the reinforced masonry structure is reconstructed by ANSYS.The failure process,deformation and the weak link of the reinforced masonry structure under the same load are compared and analyzed.The failure process of the reinforced masonry structure is given.The destructive process of different structures are analyzed and compared,which provides the reliable references for the design of the floodplain building structures.
