Research On The Revitalization Of Commercial Pedestrian Street From The Perspective Of Compound Interface

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,there is a change in people shopping mode and consumption habits.Commercial Pedestrian Street develops gradually from a single shopping place into a city public living space with shopping,entertainment,experience,communications and other activities.Commercial Pedestrian Street in China has experienced a rapid development,and the large-scale of reconstruction and transformation face the problem that how to keep vitality,which is the main problem facing a lot of commercial pedestrian street.In this paper,I take the Tianjin Pedestrian Street in Dalian as an example,and analyze the problem of lack of vitality in commercial Pedestrian Street from the perspective of compound interface.Based on the relevant theory and analysis method of compound interface,I analyze the main reason for that lack of vitality by studying external spatial environment of commercial Pedestrian Street,and put forward the corresponding principles and strategies for revitalization,trying to explore the solutions to solve the problem in the existing commercial pedestrian street.In this paper,I put forward three main aspects that affect the vitality of Pedestrian Street by introducing the related theory and method of compound interface: material factors,spatial factors and behavior factors.Firstly,the material factor is the composition of all the entities of the commercial pedestrian street,and its own material properties directly affect the user.I will analyze from the perspective of interface,facilities,and landscapes;and then,the spatial factor is the space experience of commercial pedestrian street users on the physical environment,which is very important for the overall spatial organization of Commercial Pedestrian Street.I will analyze from three aspects: spatial form,spatial scale and spatial order.Finally,the behavioral factor is the feedback of commercial pedestrian street users on environment entity and spatial stimulation,and it is the purpose of shaping vitality and also an important factor of evaluating vitality.I will analyze this part from the relationship between behavior and the property of commercial Pedestrian Street through behavior research.In the end,I put forward the corresponding principles and strategies of revitalization from the results obtained in the above analysis,hoping to find a solution to solve the problem of lack of vitality in the existing commercial pedestrian street from the perspective of compound interface.
