Research On Application Of TD Company SY Program Fine Management

Construction industry is an important pillar industry in our country,which is closely related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.In recent years,with China’s economic slowdown,the competition in construction industry is more intense.In order to ensure the construction industry a good development path,it is necessary to carry out a revolution with extensive management means within construction enterprises.Moreover,explore the potential from the inside,to obtain greater competitive advantage is the long-term survival of construction enterprises.This paper introduced fine management model in engineering enterprises,and defined relationship theory towards person,wealth,and material according to Holzer multidimensional theory,and take engineering item component as effective technology management means to reach fine management of enterprises.The fine management of TD company in Tianjin proves that the improvement of management level has made a contribution to improve the quality of the project and to reduce the operation cost and improve the quality of the staff.The main content of this paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduced the research background,research purpose and significance as well as analysis on fine management theory based on the situation at home and abroad.The second part is the summary of basic theory,which concretely introduced the definition of fine management theory,content and features,and gave description in accordance with the fine structure theory of Holzer.The third part is the analysis of Tianjin TD company,and management problems of Tianjin TD company were analyzed through introduction of enterprise situation and running situation,combined with China’s current construction industry background.The traditional management mode of enterprise was summed up and researched.The fourth part was the design and implementation of Tianjin TD company.First,solution program was designed according to fine management of Holzer theory,and described the implementation process of enterprise in the work process,and standardize enterprise employment system and the adjustment of industrial structure,and human resources,process control and a total of five aspects of material,cost and construction safety management application were described in SY project application case.Finally,the analysis of application effective of fine management was carried out in all aspects.Combined with the comparison of 1 and 2 phase in SY project,value of the application of fine management was reflected.Finally,through the summary and outlook,the full text of the summary of the results proved the value of fine management in the construction engineering,and saw the further development of this field.
