In the process of social progress and scientific and technological development,the government's requirements for urban transformation and upgrading are increasing,and various engineering projects are increasing,while the number of construction enterprises is also increasing rapidly,and the construction market is becoming more and more competitive.In order to gain an advantage in competition,construction enterprises are constantly learning new management methods and new technologies.In this process,fine management is gradually applied to the field of engineering construction,guiding managers to establish scientific and effective organization and mechanism,further optimize the construction management scheme,improve the effective implementation of management by objectives,achieve rational allocation of resources,save project costs,shorten the construction period,and thus improve the efficiency and quality of construction.Because of its characteristics of complex,less investment,shorter construction period,the effect of fine management is more obvious and outstanding.In this paper,by consulting the literature,we understand the current situation of fine management and reconstruction project at home and abroad,and summarize its concept,content,method and significance Based on the case study of the project of Xi'an Siyuan College,this paper expounds the present situation of the project management and finds out the main problems,including the project progress lag,the actual cost and budget there is a large deviation,quality control is not in place,the safety accident hidden danger detection rectification is not timely;and the cause of the problem is analyzed,the findings mainly focus on system construction,management capacity,technical conditions,process control in four areas.Based on this,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the implementation of fine management from six aspects of quality,cost,schedule,safety,environment and contract,and puts forward some safeguard measures in the aspects of people-oriented,fine cost management and deepening the construction of system and mechanism,at the same time,the implementation effect of fine management is compared and evaluated.Through the implementation of fine management,the project efficiency is greatly improved,the project cost is saved,and the expected goal and effect are fully realized.
