With the further strengthening of the state's control over the real estate industry in2018,the real estate industry has also ushered in the coldest winter in history.Many small real estate enterprises have been closed down or purchased,and large real estate enterprises are transforming in succession,seeking new ways out.But at this time,the number of construction enterprises is increasing,and the competition among construction enterprises is also growing.In order to occupy the market,many enterprises choose to win the bid at a low price,which is a tricky tactic.But for construction units,the consequence of winning the bid at a low price is either to cut corners in the later stage or to stop work halfway.Either way,it is unfavorable to the project.In this environment,many large construction units have carried out the idea of fine management,many Chinese construction enterprises have compiled their own rules of fine management,requiring companies and project departments to implement them,and China Construction insists on quality for survival.Facts also prove that this is feasible.At present,Chinese construction enterprises have a larger and larger share of the domestic construction market,and many construction enterprises.Fine quality management is being implemented in succession.Firstly,this paper expounds the current situation and significance of quality fine management at home and abroad,introduces the concept and characteristics of quality fine management,and points out that quality fine management will be the only way for construction enterprise management in the future according to the specific characteristics of housing construction projects.Secondly,it summarizes and analyses the difficulties encountered by construction enterprises in the implementation of fine management,and deeply analyses the reasons for these problems.Finally,combined with Hailianglan County project,this paper expounds the existing quality problems and the difficulties of quality management,deeply analyses the causes of these quality problems,and then uses the thinking of quality refinement management to solve the quality problems of the project,applies PDCA quality cycle management theory and 5M1 E management method to the actual quality management,hoping to similar projects and implementation.Industrial enterprises play a guiding role.
