G Hospital Project Cost For Control Based On The Building Information Modeling Technology Case Study

Since 2010,our country use of "lim ited credit,restriction and limit price" and other policy measures to the real estate market macro-control,lead to the real estate developers in the overall sales decline and development costs increased pr essure,the profit m argins have plummeted to 10% of the i ndustry cordon.Although at this stage the overall m arket environment is very grim,project construction market size shrinking,but the scale of the construction industry output value has exceeded one hundred thousand yuan,it is still an important sector of the national econom y,its pi llar industry status has not been shaken,therefore,the construction enterprises not only to survive,but also continue to move forward.In the external environm ent as a whole "open source" limited circumstances,how to use the effective means and methods to achieve cost savings,It is the most important problem to be solved in the construction industry,especially the construction enterprises.This paper introduces the theoretical and practical cas es,based on the analysis of the present situation of project cost management in G hospital,the main factors of production cost are obtained: weak awareness of cost m anagement,no reasonable cost control system,loopholes in the cost control system,cost management process communication is not smooth.Through the introduction of the theory of project cost management,combined with the actual situation of the project and cost m anagement,put forward several so lutions: Improve cost management awareness,establish and im prove the cost cont rol system and the p rotection measures.On this basis,the paper also intro duces an important tec hnical support of cost management--BIM Technology.It is used for design changes,site construction obstacle,data loss and the late operation and maintenance stage,such as the cost of a reasonable allocation of changes.Compared with the traditional cost me thod,this article descri bes how to apply the BIM technology to the actual project,through the analysis of the actual project,shows that BIM technology can greatly improve the efficiency a nd accuracy of project cost,and then Building Information Modeling technology is widely used in the actual project,in order to make it play a higher value in the project cost control,It can effectively reduce the unreasonable investment and invalid cost of the project design and construction stage,and ensure that the construction project has a large cost advantage in the market environment.This paper aims to study the G hospital projec t cost management of the actual situation,theory and practice,put forward the effective cost management recommendations,and provide valuable reference for the cost management of Engineering project.
