Research On Project Cost Management Of A Science And Technology Park Invested By State-Owned Enterprises

Driven by the national economy,the construction industry has achieved greater development,and various state-owned enterprise investment and construction projects continue to emerge.In the construction of engineering project,cost management is very important,and it is also a necessary measure to maximize the profit and function of the project.So,in the construction project,project cost management should be done well.However,in practice,project cost management is affected by many factors,including material factors,equipment factors and environmental factors,resulting in high project cost.Based on this,it is necessary to explore some problems in project cost management.According to the research purpose,research status at China and some abroad of research’s present situation,this paper expounds the relevant theories of state-owned enterprise investment and construction projects and cost management,including the concept,types and cost management theory of state-owned enterprise investment and construction projects and costs.Then it carries out case analysis,introduces the basic project situation,analyzes the current situation of project cost management in China,analyzes the existing problems and causes,and puts forward the corresponding strategies.This paper analyzes the form of project organization and management,project cost composition,project value engineering,project cost management and so on.Through the cost of management’s analysis,we found that there are reality problems in the cost management of state-owned enterprises’ investment and construction projects,including different measurement lists,disconnection of project cost management links,lack of attention to material quality in investment and construction projects,lack of construction project cost management responsibility system,etc.Based on this,the paper from the design phase of the construction process,aim at the bidding stage of the construction,construction stage of the construction process of the reasonable analysis for the corresponding stage of the project cost management measures,so as to the actual cost management provide certain reference and the related research.
