Research On Cost Management Of Construction Project Is Waterfront Garden

Cost management of engineering projects usually refers to the formation of various cost elements in the process of Engineering construction,and various expenditures needed to put into production,including manpower and material resources.In this process,defects and shortcomings in cost management can be found in time,and effective countermeasures can be formulated and implemented to help enterprises achieve strategic objectives and achieve better development.For China's engineering projects,strengthening cost management is an important way to improve the economic benefits of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness.Because cost and profit are two mutually restrictive variables,reasonable cost reduction will inevitably increase profits,provide more funds to meet the capital needs of expanding reproduction,improve the management level of the unit and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.Based on the BinshangYaju construction project,this paper analyses and studies the construction cost management of the project,and draws lessons from the advanced project cost management theory at home and abroad.
