The subway is a sign of the level of urban modernization and one of the urban public transport systems.The subway station is an important building in urban rail transit network,which is the highlight of subway project.It plays an important role in the safety of urban rail transit operation and is also a key link in urban rail transit project.Subway station project is a collection of multi-disciplinary,multi-type of large-scale system engineering,has its unique engineering features: it involves a wide range of professional,high cost of project inputs,complex construction technology,construction safety risk etc.The paper mainly aims at optimizing the construction scheme of Fuzhou Xiyang subway station.Based on the preliminary design of the construction drawing,the paper mainly discusses the design of the construction organization and the design plan of the construction plan,and integrates the demolition side,the material supply supplier,the construction side,the design Environmental protection,safety,cost and other five aspects of the optimization of the construction and design,from the perspective of the whole life cycle,the use of ILS(Integrated Logistic Support,ILS)logistics integration technology to optimize the selection of alternative construction options,select the whole life cycle cost is relatively low construction program,and use the network planning method and CS significance theory to simplify the optimization process;combined with computer simulation technology,VR virtual reality technology and computer aided design technology to build virtual optimization model of construction scheme,virtual dynamic optimization model to optimize the construction of the program,in the construction process using PDCA principle to dynamically optimize the construction program to ensure the realization of the overall goal.The main innovation of the paper is to apply ILS logistics integration technology to the optimization process of construction scheme."Logistics integration" technology has been successfully applied in the aviation industry,the current use of subway construction options in the selection of no literature reported.
