With the rapidly development of construction in world wide, a large scale international project market has gradually formed around the whole world. The issue that how to improve the competitiveness of our nation's project contracting enterprises in the international engineering market and the economic benefits of contracted projects has increasingly become the urgent problem for our contractor to solve.As the instruction file of the project construction and administration, the construction scheme of project have important functions to standardize construction and get profits. The optimization in the construction scheme is helpful the contractor to improve the competition ability and getting more profits form the construction project.This article introduces the content and the preparation process of the construction scheme, analyzes the importance of it on enterprise management, and points out its development direction at the same time.After analyzing the interrelationship of the schedule, quality, safety and cost, it proposes the method of integrated optimization for construction organization design, the time-cost-quality-safety integrated optimizing model is established, the algorithm of solving the model is put forward with the help of PERT (Program Evaluation and Review Technique) and utility theory.Against the characteristics of the construction projects, the article proposes gray multi-level optimization decision-making model from the start of the construction technology program, the venue layout program and project resource management optimization, and carries out a multi-program evaluation. At the same time, it also carries out the optimization program of construction scheme by combining with engineering examples, and verifies the feasibility of the model, which has some practical value and prospects.
