As a modern highway transportation channel,highways are playing an increasingly important role in today’s social economy.Tunnels are an important part of highway construction in mountainous areas.The construction of expressway tunnels plays an important role in improving driving conditions in mountainous areas,saving transportation costs,reducing accidents,protecting the ecological environment,and changing the regional economy.The design of the tunnel is a crucial link in the whole life cycle of the tunnel project.Scientifically and rationally comparing the design and optimization of the tunnel project is of great significance to the construction and operation of the highway tunnel.The dissertation mainly focuses on the application of ILS(Integrated Logistic Support,ILS)logistics integration technology and Building Information Model(BIM)to study the 3D intelligent optimization method for highway tunnel design.At the construction drawing design stage,a large number of design plans and design experiences for similar projects have been collected and analyzed,and a database of highway tunnel design project information has been established based on the relevant standards and specifications for tunnel design.Then,analyze the project characteristics of the proposed project,and use the idea of logistics integration to comprehensively consider the requirements for the design proposal of the builder,the designer,the material equipment supplier,the construction party,the environmental protection party,the quality management party,and the operator and so on.Several design options are selected from the database on the premise of requirements.From the perspective of the full-life cycle,the ILS technology and BP neural network model are used to determine the life-cycle cost of each design plan,and the optimal design plan is selected based on the principle of the lowest life-cycle cost.A forecasting system was established during the construction phase and the design plan was adjusted based on the geological forecasting information.At the same time,the optimization of the BIM model-aided design scheme is established.The three-dimensional visualization of the design scheme not only enables the project participants to understand the design scheme intuitively,but also can check the problems existing in the scheme and provide feedback in time.Finally,in the process of deepening the design,BIM technology is realized.The functions of drawing optimization and construction coordination,and then realize the dynamic optimization of the design scheme.
