With the development and upgrading of electric van light truck in the logistics industry,Chinese light industry downturn began to rebound.However,because of its late starting,the van light truck in the electric vehicle industry still has a lot of room for improvement.As an important theoretical basis for vehicle research,vehicle ergonomics have been improved constantly,but its application in the light truck is relatively small.The main function of the electric van light truck is intercity logistics or logistics within city.The man-machine performance of the cab has an important influence on safety and comfort for drivers.And during driving,the ergonomic performance of the cab also has a crucial role of reducing the security risks,avoiding the occurrence of safety accidents,improving drivers' safety and comfort.The research topic of this paper is derived from the innovation center operated by a heavy-duty automobile company and Taiyuan University of Technology school.Based on the theory of vehicle ergonomics and the size data of a new style of energy city logistics vehicle developed by this company,this paper had a relatively ultimate study for the room of electric logistics vehicle cab.The main research ways in this paper were measurement method,analytical method,investigation method and other research methods commonly used in vehicle ergonomics.Finally,the interior design for the cab of electric logistics vehicle was completed in this paper.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the human body size data provided in the national standard GB/T 10000,the Chinese adult human data were corrected according to the growth rate of the human body parts according to the old and new human body data provided by the international standard ISO 3411.The Chinese adult human data were combined with and the relevant data in CATIA to create a file of Chinese human size.And this file was loaded in CATIA to create human models which were suitable for vehicle ergonomic research.(2)Based on the basic knowledge of vehicle ergonomics and the domestic and foreign relevant standards,the main man-machine engineering arrangement tools of B-type cab were systematically introduced.(3)According to the large amount of measured data for the cab of electric logistics vehicle,the man-machine performance of CATIA software was used to simulate and analyze the man-machine performance of electric logistics vehicle.The insufficient place in the man-machine performance of electric logistics vehicle was found,which applied a direction for improvement in the future.(4)Based on the users' demands,the comprehensive research was conducted,and the graphic design scheme of electric vehicle logistics dashboard was determined by its style and the characteristics of electric vehicle dashboard.(5)Based on the theory of perceptual engineering and Quantification Theory Type I,the emotional forecasting model of electric vehicle dashboard was established,which was helpful for the stylized design of electric vehicle,the emotional semantic prediction and the determine of target users.(6)Based on the size of the new energy city logistics car and man-machine performance analysis for the interior of the cab,combined with the relevant knowledge of interior design,a project of electric logistics vehicle cab interior design was completed.In view of the above,this paper took the vehicle ergonomics as the theoretical basis,analyzed and studied the cab of electric logistics vehicle by means of the relevant knowledge of main driving arrangement tools and the ergonomics module of CATIA.And the improvement of ideas were put forward,the emotional prediction model of electric vehicle dashboard was established,and a project of electric logistics vehicle cab interior design was completed,which had a guiding significance in improving and meeting the needs of comfort and emotion.
