| As an important “visibility” component within a car,the aesthetic appearance of the dashboard has an important driving experience impact on the consumer.NURBS complex surface editing technology can standardize and concretize dashboard design,and can better shape and modify the modeling surface.It is a research and application hotspot of modern automobile modeling design.This paper uses NURBS surface technology,combined with human body structure characteristics and functional characteristics,and carries out paper research work on dashboard design as research object.The study background of the instrument panel design for cars and the development status at home and abroad are described.The research on the design of car dashboards based on NURBS surface technology is pointed out.The rational and scientific research methods are used to carry out the varied and perceptual designs.A more rigorous method of study.The mathematical definition of NURBS surface technology is analyzed.Compared with the traditional grid modeling method NURBS,it has more advantages,and can control the curvature of the object surface better,thus constructing a more realistic and more vivid shape.In the aspect of design,inspired by the shape of the arc-shaped design elements,the arc-shaped sleek and non-convex angular lines are used as modeling elements to derive a new dashboard design.This article draws on the four-dimensional divergence method in divergent thinking,analyzes the time the products are put into the market in the stage of instrument panel design,and predicts the economic conditions,aesthetic trends,purchasing power,popular objects and other factors that affect the car market,and determines the instrumentation,plate shape,color,material optimization design.This article applies the research on the material characteristics and tactile sensation of the car dashboard,consumers’ aesthetic requirements and color psychology.In the design process of the instrument panel,the standard requirements of the instrument panel engineering structure and ergonomics were taken into consideration.Finally,a set of innovative design solutions for middle and high-class car dashboards with clear themes,reasonable institutions,and aesthetic requirements were designed. |
