| The rapid development of highway has been made tremendous contribution in promoting the economic development of our city.Meanwhile,there are several issues and concerns in management exist as well.Highway makes our living efficiently and conveniently,however,the increasing accident rate also requires attention from relative safety and risks management department.Shijiazhuang needs more efforts on the highway safety management and risks control.Speaking of minimizing the accident rate and reducing the severity of risks,an in depth analysis of causes is needed in order to improve the risk management system,which comes to the priority for the highway management department to work on.With the gradually expansion of the highway network,safety draws the most attention from the public and highway management department.Therefore,research needs to be focused on how to improve the technical condition of the vehicle and the post-accident emergency plan.To reduce the possibility of accidents,and provide risk control plan,we need perceive in-depth understanding of causes and effects of the all types of accidents.In this research of study,through the comparison of 2012 to 2016 first half of the year,in Shijiazhuang area including Beijing Macao Hongkong Highway(part),Xinyuan Highway,Shihuang Highway(part),Shitai Highway,Jingkun Highsway(part),Qingyin Highsway(part),and City loop,the 7 highway traffic accidents and four indexes are summarized,and based on the current situation of highway traffic safety analysis,to find out the distribution of traffic accidents,major factors that may affect highway traffic accidents,from vehicles,roads,environment,weather and traffic analysis.Moreover,a summary of common causes and influencing factors of highway traffic accidents are incorporate,to reduce traffic accidents,minimize economic losses,to maximize the prevention the ultimate goal and reduce traffic accidents,ensure the operation of the highway network and transport efficiency. |
