| RFID, short of Radio frequency identification technology, is a kind of automaticidentification technology, transferring bothway data through wireless radio frequency, andidentification and achieve relevance data from the target. As for the superiority ofvisualization identification object and data storage, combining with the high demanding ofauto industry in logistics capacity, flexibility and JIT, RFID has been used various branchof supply chain. RFID technology has gradually become an indispensable tool and methodto improve the level of supply chain management, reduce cost, realize businessadministration informatization, and strengthen enterprise competitiveness. This paperresearches on RFID technology application on automobile parts manufacturing enterprisethrough theory analysis and simulation.Firstly, the structure of RFID is researched and analysed, including the structure andfunction of reader, the structure and characteristic of electronic tag, RFID standard system,operating principle and flow of RFID system, system classify, the physics theory of RFIDsystem operation. RFID basic theory is analysed mainly. At last, the characteristic of RFIDapplied in storage logistics is analyzed. Some solutions are proposed for disadvantages ofpresent RFID system.Based on the research of basic principle, this paper researches storage logistics systemlayout and fixed position method. The technology theory and advantages of RFID layout instorage logistics is analyzed. Then expound RFID data transmission model andanti-collision algorithm analysis. Based on LANDMARC system, propose structure modelof two dimensional and three dimensional indoor. By applying improved POS solves RFIDreader layout, proposing improvement solutions to build visual storage logistics.At last, this paper studied primarily the application of RFID technology in storagelogistics. Because the existing storage system has some shortages in visualization, theRFID technology is introduced to new system and the work flow is reconstructed. Finally,RFID application example in L company is investigated. The advantages and effectiveness of RFID over traditional bar code information system can be seen through simulation withFlexsim software.It is proved that storage system using RFID technology in automobile partsmanufacturing enterprise has advantages and practical value and this paper puts forwardthe developing direction in this field. |
