With the rapid development of economy and the speeding up of urbanization process in China,construction industry has been developing rapidly.But traditional construction industry faces the construction of low efficiency,large energy resource depletion,workforce aging and many other problems.So changing the traditional construction in vulgar way of production is becoming more and more important.It has been proved by the research and practice at home and abroad,that building industrialization has many advantages,such as saving energy,reducing pollution,saving time limit for a project and so on.In recent years,the government and enterprises have realized the necessity of building industrialization development.Conduct a lot of work.Greatly promot the process of the our country building industrialization.But compared to the United States,Japan,Singapore and other countries that building industrialization develop well,our country's building industrialization development level is still low.And our country's building industrialization faces poor market environment,low rate of prefabricated,unbalanced regional development.Since the 21 st century,Chongqing municipal government established a number of measures to promote the development of building industrialization.But due to Starting late,it has various problems such as imperfection of policy system,lacking of technical system,less industrialized building number and poor of components production capacity.So,It has very important significance to formulate building industrialization development level evaluation system.According to the current development situation of building industrialization in Chongqing,conduct a comprehensive study to building industrialization in Chongqing,In order to find out the weak links in the development,and then promote a targeted formulating measures.The article primarys building industrialization development level evaluation index system,based on the literature studys of domestic and foreign about building industrialization evaluation,housing industrialization evaluation and building industrialization influence factors.And then determines the final evaluation index system through expert interview method.Using AHP—entropy weight method determine the index weight.Using the fuzzy matter-element theory build evaluation model.Conduct comprehensive evaluation with collect relevant construction industrialization development present situation datas of Chongqing.Through the study of the comprehensive evaluation of building industrialization development level in Chongqing,The article comes to the conclusion that building industrialization development level of Chongqing is in a low level.And it has a big gap with Beijing,Shenzhen and other places.The mainly weak links of building industrialization development of Chongqing is the management level of the industry,the application level of the project and the components production level.According to the evaluation result,together with the promotion present situation of Chongqing building industrialization,the article puts forward several suggestions on accelerating building industrialization in Chongqing from three aspects of the market environment,industry management and industry development.Thesis research results can provide decision-making reference for building industrialization policies for the Chongqing government.Also it has certain practical value to improve the level of building industrialization in Chongqing.
