Research On Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Of Construction Industrialization

Construction industrialization is in line with the direction of green sustainable and high-quality development of China's construction industry.However,the prefabricated building as the carrier of the current development of construction industrialization has encountered development bottlenecks such as high cost,lack of professional talents,and low acceptance by industry bodies and end consumers in the actual implementation process.There are contradictions between energy conservation and environmental protection,economic growth and social tolerance.Coordination of economic development,resource utilization and ecological environmental protection is the core idea of sustainable development.How to realize sustainable development of construction industrialization is an important issue that needs to be discussed at present.It is urgent to establish a complete evaluation system to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for relevant decision makers.This paper first identifies the influencing factors of sustainable development of construction industrialization based on the research of related theories of construction industrialization and sustainable development,and determines the construction ideas and comprehensive evaluation methods of the sustainable development evaluation index system of construction industrialization;Then,put forward the framework of evaluation index system for sustainable development of construction industrialization from four aspects.The target evaluation method,classification method and literature research are used to select preliminary evaluation indicators.The coefficient is used for index selection,and the index system is further optimized through expert interviews.31 evaluation indexes are selected,and the index weight is determined by a combination of analytic hierarchy process and decision-making laboratory method.Finally,a fuzzy matter-element comprehensive evaluation model was established to evaluate the sustainable development levels of construction industrialization from 2011 to 2018 and in Shanghai,Wuhan,and Sanming,countermeasures were proposed based on the results.This article innovates the traditional sustainable evaluation framework of economicsocial-environment,introduces the concept of sustainable development of inclusive economy,integrates the sustainable development content of management system,and realizes the evaluation research of sustainable development of construction industrialization.
