Evaluation And Countermeasure Research On The Development Level Of Regional Construction Industrialization Based On Cloud Model

The industrialization of construction is an important measure for the government to promote the transformation of the economic structure of the construction industry.It is imperative that China promote the industrial structure of the construction industry.Due to the different industrial structure and development plans of various provinces and cities,and the imbalance of economic development in various regions,these factors have led to an imbalance in the development of industrialization in various regions.The state has formulated macro policies to promote the industrialization of construction,and local governments have also introduced local policies and regulations in response to local actual conditions.The regional building industrialization development level evaluation system will help each region to better understand the development level and foundation,and has an important guiding role in policy formulation and adjustment.This paper first compares the different production methods and production stages in the industrialization of construction and the traditional construction methods,and can find out the prefabrication rate and the componentization rate of the industrialization of buildings.Using the literature survey and research methods,policy information text analysis and mathematical statistics and analysis methods,combined with the results of previous researchers in the evaluation system research,select the original indicators of the evaluation index system.Secondly,through questionnaires,the importance and discrete analysis of the scores given by each expert for each evaluation index are selected,and 21 secondary evaluations including the standardization rate and the componentization rate are selected for the evaluation of the regional industrialization development level.index.On this basis,a questionnaire is distributed again.Principal component analysis method is used to extract the principal component as the dimension of the evaluation index system,and four primary evaluationindicators of technology,economy,policy and environment are formed,and finally the regional building industrialization development level evaluation index system is formed.Then,using the AHP weight method,the judgment matrix of each layer is constructed,and the corresponding feature values ??and weights are calculated using the analytic hierarchy process software(yaahp).Then build a cloud model based on the evaluation of the development level of building industrialization.After determining the cloud parameters and the cloud scale,establish the evaluation criteria for the evaluation of each evaluation dimension and score based on the criteria of the review set.Taking Guangzhou as an example,the positive cloud and reverse cloud generators were used to evaluate the development level of Guangzhou's industrialization.Finally,according to the evaluation results of Guangzhou's industrialization development level and the construction dimension of regional building industrialization development level evaluation index,Guangzhou promotes the development of building industrialization from four perspectives: technical standard,market environment,industrial management,industrial development and environment.Several countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed.Suggestions for the market environment include: cultivating industrialized markets,accelerating the construction of industrial bases,and strengthening the publicity of construction industrialization;suggestions for industrial management include: improving policy systems and technical systems,establishing long-term incentive mechanisms,and establishing industrialization for construction.Organizing institutions,designating quota systems for industrialized buildings,and strengthening the supervision system for industrialization of buildings;suggestions for industrial development include: improving the application level of the industrialized construction market,supporting the construction of component suppliers,integrating the industrialization chain of buildings,and maximizing the benefit of industrialization.
