Evaluation And Countermeasures Research On The Development Level Of Green Construction Industrialization

As a traditional pillar industry in China,the construction industry has been in a stage of rapid development.With the crazy development of the construction industry,a series of problems such as environmental degradation,waste of resources,energy depletion,and personnel shortages have accompanied it.At the same time,with the improvement of the economic income and living standards of contemporary,Chinese people's requirements for quality of life are becoming higher and higher,especially for the buildings involved in living and working.Therefore,advocating the development of green building industry can well meet the development requirements of the current era.So far,China's green building has been developed for more than 20 years.Although the country has gradually issued a series of green building evaluation standards and technical rules to promote the development of the green building industry,and real estate companies across the country have also continued to explore and practice,In general,the overall number of green buildings in China is still relatively small,and the regional development is relatively uneven.There is still a considerable distance to form a large-scale green building industry.Therefore,based on the requirements of the development of the current era,the promotion of green construction industrialization is an inevitable choice in our country to improve the current environmental and resource problems and popularize green buildings.According to the development status of our country,this paper intends to construct a set of green building industrialization maturity evaluation system based on the principles of science,applicability and effectiveness,build an evaluation model to objectively evaluate the green building industrialization maturity,and propose corresponding countermeasures to the weak links in the development according tothe result in order to promote the faster and better development of the industrialization of green buildings in the region.Firstly,This paper summarized the connotation and concept of green building industrialization,and then applied the maturity theory to the evaluation of the development level and capabilities of green building industrialization.Secondly,on the basis of research and analysis and summarizing a large number of documents,this paper considered the maturity of green building industrialization from five aspects of technology,market,policies and regulations,industry and products by the grounded theory,and built a corresponding evaluation index system.Finally,This paper used the AHP and entropy weight method to determine the comprehensive weight of the corresponding index,and used the comprehensive evaluation method combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and gray cluster evaluation method to create a gray cluster evaluation model based on the center point triangle whitening weight function.Then,evaluated the green building industrialization development level of Qingdao according to the evaluation model and proposed countermeasures for the development of green building industrialization in Qingdao combined with the current development status of Qingdao City based on this evaluation result.
