| Vertical greening is one of the key points of building energy efficiency technology research,which can effectively reduce heat gain through the facade of the building.In order to ensure the overall effect of the city and the lighting needs of the building,the application of glass curtain wall is more and more common.Vertical greening has emerged as one of the important means of energy saving in building using glass curtain wall.In order to study the energy efficiency of office building applied vertical greening,an experimental study was carried out for a vertical greening office building in Chongqing.First of all,this paper analyzed the heat transfer process of the building facade under the situation of with or without vertical greening,and established the heat composition through vertical facade.Then,the heat transfer coefficient of vertical wall is simplified by introducing the integrated heat transfer coefficient of vertical wall,which lays the foundation for further experimental study.Secondly,the paper selects the three storey office which applied vertical greening of an office building in Chongqing as the experimental bench studing energy saving effect for vertical greening.A comparative test was carried out to investigate the influence of vertical greening on the micro environment of the building fa?ade under the situation of with or without vertical greening.At the same time,testing energy consumption of the building can be obtained by measuring the energy consumption of vertical greening.Thirdly,under the actual working conditions in summer,vertical greening can reduce the heat gain from solar radiation by more than 60%,reduce the energy consumption of air conditioning by about 15%,and can also reduce the temperature of the outer surface of the glass curtain wall by 5.2 ℃。In winter,the vertical greening reduces the heat gains of solar radiation by less than 30W/m2,the outer surface temperature of glass curtain wall surface is still reduced by 3.5,the heat load of the office is increased,conducive to energy conservation.However,take the consideration of the year,the vertical greening technology has great potential for energy saving.Finally,the theory of life cycle cost is used for economic analysis of vertical greening technology,the static investment payback period is 6.6 years,dynamic investment recovery period is 7.2 years.So the vertical greening technology has significant economic benefits,and is suitable for Chongqing. |
