With the accelerated development of urban development,the new high-rise city center,while the old city renovation project increased.Due to the restrictions on land prices and the surrounding environment,the narrow construction site has caused the construction site to become difficult.The cost of building temporary facilities can be reduced by reasonably organizing the storage of the interior of the building and making full use of existing buildings for project services to reduce the occupancy of the warehouse..However,several problems such as low efficiency and extensive management are discovered in most dometic projects.Traditional material procurement mode showing characteristics of no clear regularity and advancement leads to increased inventory cost and causes stress on construction site management.This article embarking from the current industry background and the research ststus,puts forward a method of integrating material procurement and storage,help to strengthen the material procurement and on-site storage of coordinated management,better arrangement for materials stored in the rooms inside buildings.The specific research process is as follows:First,using the system dynamics simulation to obtain the material purchase volume and arrival time information,provide quantitative data for material storage analysis.Changes in construction site design can lead to changes in material procurement plans.The traditional material procurement method is difficult to make frequent response to frequent changes,traditional methd has its shortage in considering the above factors while System Dynamics can take all of this into account,thus to obtain the economic procurement plan.The research lays a foundation for optimizing material storage solution.Then,modeling for material procurement and on-site storage integration issues by use of greedy algorithm,computing,in order to make better arrangement for materials stored in the rooms inside buildings.When put materials in the warehouse for storage as always,the inventory cost is high.So it is necessary to identify interior free room for material storage in buildings.By way of virtual construction and BIM model,informations of interior free rooms is easy to obtain.And then Greedy Algorithm is applied to optimize material storage under the precondition of material purchasing information.Application of BIM can offer real-time data of project construction process,then to solve dynamic project scheduling problems,Dystem Dynamics and Greedy Algorithmare presented which could dynamically adjust the fitness assignment in avoid of schedule overruns and low efficiency in traditional static management.
