According to the development status of domestic waste incineration powergeneration technology, starting from the angle of process control of waste incineration, wasteincineration power generation technology to improve the level of automationcontrol research, comprehensive monitoring and the use of a variety of communicationprotocol implementation of waste incineration power plant. This paper mainly research thefollowing aspects.Overview of the current status of domestic waste disposal, this paper introduces the maintechnical method to dispose waste sanitary landfill, incineration and composting method,three different processing methods have advantages and disadvantages and applicability areanalyzed and compared, and further elaborated trends waste incineration power generationtechnologies.For large-scale production process of waste incineration plants were analyzed, illustratesreceiving system, incinerator systems, boiler system, flue gas purification system and wasteheat utilization system, the principle and the role of waste incineration plants each mainprocess systems, and proposed waste incineration plant production processes on the basis ofthe main control requirements.Describes each major waste incineration plant process control system, using FOXBOROI/A Series DCS system as a whole series of plant control center and elaborated hardwarestructure and main functions of the system; also introduced the use of Siemens S7series PLCas a hardware control principle and function of each auxiliary workshop process subsystem.Analysis of the basic principles of industrial control network communications,introduced OPC, Profibus DP, Modus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Siemens S7communicationprotocol commonly used in the power generation industry in five different communicationtechnologies and elaborated communication principles and characteristics of variouscommunication technologies.The necessity to waste incinerator control system integrated into the DCS, and proposedto achieve integrated control using OPC communications networking solutions basedapproach, as well as to improve the safety and reliability of the system proposed integratedcontrol the hot standby scheme introduced after the last control reflects the integration of avariety of advantages.For more sub-site process waste incineration plant scattered locations of the situation,using the OPC, Profibus DP, Modus RTU, Modbus TCP, and Siemens S7communication protocol to communicate with the DCS system is connected, in whole DCS centralizedmonitoring system plant process subsystems, production of distributed control and centralizedmanagement through increased automation, process control optimization, to reduce the workintensity and improve production efficiency purposes, making the integrated automation andmanagement level of the entire generator set has been greatly improved.Finally, the study of the paper and conclusions summarize the direction of developmentof large-scale waste incineration plants use a variety of communication protocols of the studywere discussed, specifically the main contents of the next job.
