| The prefabricated buildings have the advantages of being green and energy-saving,which are consistent with the concept of sustainable development and have been encouraged by the policies of the country and the region.Now they are becoming a hot spot in the construction industry.At present,through the research of major companies,universities,and research institutes,the assembled integral shear wall technology has become more advanced and is widely used.However,it is the future development direction that innovating of the seismic performance and the construction technology based on the assembly of integral shear walls technology.Therefore,the research on the prefabricated concrete structural system that is optimized for the lower floors should be meaningful.This paper put forward a kind of prefabricated shear wall with round holes system(round-hole-plate system),which is suitable for low-rise buildings,and take it as the research object,through the finite element analysis comparison,overall modeling analysis,engineering practice,researching its seismic performance and application problems such as design and construction,providing reference for the future development,design and construction of the system.The main work and research results of this paper include:First,the monotonic push-over finite element analysis of the in-line circular hole shear wall panel is carried out.The effects of axial compression ratio,shear span ratio,horizontal distribution rib reinforcement ratio,vertical distribution rib reinforcement ratio,concrete strength and diameter of round hole on shear bearing capacity and deformation capacity of circular hole shear wall are analyzed on the basis of proving the validity of the model and propose corresponding optimization design suggestions.Second,the overall modeling of a three-story house is set up.The overall seismic performance of a circular hole shear wall is analyzed taking advantage of mode decomposition method and the seismic performance difference between the circular hole shear wall structure and the solid shear wall structure is comparedThirdly,based on the research results and the current norms,this paper proposes a practical seismic design method for the circular hole shear wall system and verifies its correctness.Fourth,this paper also studies and compiles the construction method of the upper structure installation engineering of the circular hole shear wall system with the engineering example.The research and discussion on the different methods of the circular hole shear wall and the assembly of the integral shear wall are carried out.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the research of this paper,it is proposed that the round-hole-plate system still needs further research. |
