leading position in the construction of the hospital,so the general hospital for the research object is representative.Square landscape as an important part of the hospital green space,its basic function is to solve the problem of traffic flow between the hospital buildings,play a guide,soothing the role of flow.In the modern medicine began to emphasize the comprehensive treatment of people against,the hospital square function will be asked to be more complete and diversified,will achieve the organization of transportation,adjuvant therapy,entertainment,cultural display purposes.With the rapid development of the city in recent years,people’s living standards gradually increased,people for medical services and medical environment requirements are also getting higher and higher,which will promote the expansion of China’s general hospital construction,in addition to high-quality medical services and technology,the hospital’s external environment will become the hospital’s core competitiveness.Chongqing as one of the key construction and development of the southwest region,and is a typical mountain city,the general hospital landscape design conditions are special.In order to meet the traffic optimization and accessibility,the exterior environment of large general hospital is expressed by different space type of square landscape.Therefore,this article research is focus on the square landscape of the external environment in Chongqing General Hospital.On the basis of clarifying the research background,purpose and significance of the comprehensive hospital square landscape,Based on the theory of environmental psychology and behavioral psychology,this paper analyzes the related concepts of the general hospital square landscape and explains the function and spatial composition of the general hospital square landscape.Chongqing Municipality comprehensive hospital landscape was selected as the survey object,from 18 top three general hospitals in the selection of 10 general hospitals in the square landscape to focus on research,this paper analyzes the behavior of Chongqing General Hospital Square by questionnaire and field investigation,and analyzes the present situation of landscape design of Chongqing General Hospital Square: Analysis of the hospital square to use the crowd classification and demand,human behavior,summed up the use of the population behavior characteristics and problems;This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the type of Chongqing General Hospital Square,Landscape space type,Spatial Relationship between Square and Medical Environment,the spatial scale of the square,the traffic organization form of the square and the landscape elements of the square.Finally,according to the questionnaire and field research results,the paper discusses the principles and strategies of landscape design of general hospital square,and forms the main research results of this paper:(1)Summed up the comprehensive hospital square landscape design to meet the principles of the spirit of the district: cultural principles,ecological principles;and to meet the user’s behavior needs principles: functional design principles,user-friendly design principles,safety design principles.(2)put forward from the hospital square landscape space type,space organization,spatial scale,traffic organization and landscape elements of five specific strategies: According to the demand for the use of the front square and the central square,Pre-hospital square space type can be simplified,Mainly for the purpose of public
