Evaluation And Optimization Design Study On The Healing Landscape In External Environment Of General Hospitals In Qingdao

The continuous economic growth in China has been promoting the level of medical science in our country.With the transformation of medical models in the development of modern society,new requirements have been raised for the external environment of hospitals.General hospitals are usually the medical institutions most visited in a region and the environment outside these hospitals is significant for it displays hospital image and is closely related to the comfort of patients.Therefore,taking general hospitals as the research object,this paper delves into the combination of rehabilitative landscape with the current situation and characteristics of the external environment of domestic general hospitals.Targeted design strategies based on evaluation results are proposed and suggestions for optimization of the external landscape of general hospitals are summarized by cases of general hospital reconstruction.The author first summarizes the existing studies related to the rehabilitative landscape.Then,based on theoretical research,the article takes the rehabilitative landscape outside the four Grade III Level A hospitals in Qingdao as the research object.Survey data are collected through a combination of methods including questionnaire surveys,interviews,photo records,and field investigations and the shortcomings of each survey sample are summarized.During this process,analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are applied for data analysis and quantitative and qualitative research methods are used for evaluation.By clarifying the status quo of the external environment,user needs,research results,and construction specifications of the general hospitals in Qingdao,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation system for the external rehabilitative landscape of general hospitals with functionality,suitability,and comfort as guidelines.The analysis results show that the priorities of the three guidelines are functionality,suitability,and comfort in descending order.On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation of the four general hospitals in Qingdao indicates that two hospitals are rated as level I;one hospital as level II and one hospital as level III,showing the great differences in the external rehabilitative landscape of the general hospitals in Qingdao.At the same time,this paper extracts the advantages of samples with higher rating for further optimization of design.By analyzing the evaluation results and actual situation,this paper proposes improvement strategies for the external environment of the hospitals in terms of functionality,suitability,and comfort and takes Qingdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Haici Hospital)as the research subject for external landscape optimization.The last part is to summarize the previous aspects and research shortcomings and to discuss future research directions.This paper aims to explore the optimization and transformation methods of the external rehabilitative landscape of the general hospitals in Qingdao and thus provide useful suggestions on the development of the rehabilitative landscape in modern general hospitals.Additionally,based on questionnaire investigation,this study understood the public’s demand and satisfaction for the rehabilitative landscape of general hospitals,and put forward corresponding optimization strategies,which are conducive to increasing the richness of research perspectives of rehabilitative landscape in general hospitals,and enhancing the public and social attention to public health from the aspect of practical design,so as to promote the construction and development of healthy and livable cities.
