The passive safety of Chinese cars has a rapid development.The relevant test device in the automotive safety field of is also increasingly perfect.It is an optimal design of the laboratory of the original hydraulic buffer platform based on the vehicle simulation of the collision test.The original hydraulic buffer device has some defects,such as short buffer stroke,complicated process.It designs a new long-stroke hydraulic buffer device on the basis of the adjustable hydraulic buffer.And it also verifies practicality of its key aspects,such as collision waveform control using a large number of automobile simulated collision tests.The structure of the original buffer is optimized by analyzing the stroke of the hydraulic buffer and the adjustment method of the throttle adjustment.The stroke requirement and the new hydraulic buffer system are optimized to meet the structural performance of the vehicle simulation.It uses the way of double-cylinder parallel linkage and the installation spring roller to make the buffer stroke of the new buffer system greatly increased.And it is efficient that the new hydraulic buffer system are the ability of repetition strongly,smooth and steady environment.It realizes the optimization method of throttle valve adjustment control under the collision condition of positive,lateral and tail.Under the impetus of a series of basic theories such as the orifice throttling principle,it can not only adjust the collision waveform according to the different combinations of regulating the throttle valve,but also has the characteristics of simple operation,strong safety and easy replacement.We have lots of car simulation collision tests and compare with the concrete example finding that it can meet the new model of automobile simulation collision waveform.And this has great significance to the development of automobile simulation collision test platform.It also makes a preliminary study on the characteristics and some parameters of the new long-stroke hydraulic buffer system.Through the thorough investigation of the process of the whole vehicle simulated collision test and the adjustable hydraulic buffer system,it defines initially test form of two kinds of waveform test meeting the European new regulations.It can also apply to two kinds of experimental verification within the scope of the regulations.
