Nowadays,the field of medical care in premature children,most of the control systems are in a low degree of automation,due to poor skill of nursing staff and poor of nursing equipment self-regulation and real-time,the existence of these problems,Serious cases may directly to the safety of premature children to bring a threat to life.With the development of advanced control theory and embedded processor technology,the advantages of low power consumption,small size and specialty of embedded processor is used to realize the application of advanced control theory in the intelligent care system of premature infants,and has a good development prospects to improve the level of automation.In this paper,based on the deep analysis of the intelligent water bed system of premature infants,we take the water bed temperature as the controlled object,design a new intelligent controller combined the Smith estimator with the fuzzy control and the conventional PID algorithm.The Smith estimator in this design can compensate the temperature delay of the control system,and combine the fuzzy adaptive PID control to realize the self-tuning of the parameters.The new controller is applied to the intelligent water bed control system of premature children,and the whole control system is simulated in MATLAB to verify the control effect of this new controller compared with the superiority of the other two controllers.Through the establishment of three-dimensional model of premature infants' intelligent water bed,the meshing is carried out on the grid division software,and the numerical simulation is carried out in the software.The flow rate of the two modes is set,and then the two kinds of working modes are selected by Motor.Using the camera to capture the life status of premature infants,and remote detection of the client,to ensure the safety of premature infants.The hardware system and software system of the premature infant intelligent water bed controller are developed on the embedded Linux platform.The hardware system is based on the 32-bit low power ARM9 microprocessor S3C2440 A and designed according to the specific requirements of the premature infant intelligent water bed Related hardware circuit.In the hardware control system based on the software development,to achieve the premature children water bed temperature and timing vibration detection,processing and control.There are three design items: temperature control program and timing vibration program and monitoring system.The software development mainly completes the driver program and the application program design.The application program is developed by using QT / Embedded software.Temperature control system and timing vibration system under the two modes of operation of the graphical user interface and remote surveillance interface.The system debugging shows that the water bed control system of premature infants based on ARM platform has completed the intelligent control of water bed,and achieves the expected design goal.
