The Study Of Design Strategies For Edge Space Of Shopping Mall In Pearl River Delta Region From Urban Perspective

This paper analyzes the existing problems in the urban space of the Pearl River Delta shopping malls in China,an analysis of the new demand for the development of shopping malls under consumption transformation,combined with the concept of urban building design integration,the design method of solving the existing problems by using the edge space of the shopping center in the city perspective,to promote the vitality of shopping mall and cities.Furthermore,in the city perspective,the types,characteristics and functions of the edge space of the shopping mall are analyzed in detail.Combined with the theory and practice,summarizes the design strategy of the edge space of the Pearl River Delta shopping mall under the urban perspective,for the future shopping mall outside the edge space design to provide reference and inspiration.Firstly,this article through the study of shopping mall field case,access to relevant books,study the literature,sort out the current background of the Pearl River Delta region shopping mall in the city there are problems,analyzes the reasons and contents of the development of new demand in the shopping mall.Based on the influence of city space and shopping mall,proposed the use of shopping mall outside the edge space to solve the problem of design methods.Followed by a detailed study of the edge space of the shopping mall as a solution,analyze spatial types from different locations in edge space,combining Spatial Features to Combine Spatial Characteristics,and thus come to the shopping mall outside the edge space on the shopping mall and the role of urban space,And further illustrates the importance and inevitability of studying the edge space design of shopping mall.And then on the basis of the previous analysis,combined with a more mature shopping mall outside the edge space design case,From the perspective of the city,respectively,based on the urban space,urban functions,urban cultural spirit of the three levels of the corresponding shopping mall outside the edge space design strategy,to strengthen the contact between the shopping mall and the city.Finally,the Pearl River Delta region selected three distinctive examples of detailed analysis,to demonstrate the previous design of the shopping mall outside the edge space design strategy,Draw the conclusion: the use of urban building integrated design method,Study the edge space of the shopping mall under the perspective of the city,Not only conducive to stimulate the commercial value of the outer space outside the shopping mall,but also improve the lack of urban functions,to create a vibrant urban space.
