With the development of society,the man ufacturing system is developing towards the direction of intelligence and complication.The scale of the industry increases,the maintenance process of the equipment becomes more complicated,and the operating costs of the enterprises are increasing.In order to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment,while improving the operator's personal safety,reasonable maintenance management measures are essential for the operation of the enterprise.However,the equipment maintenance measures,which are l ack of the consideration of the characteristics of their own recession,can easily lead to "excessive maintenance" and "inadequate maintenance".According to the above reasons,this thesis was based on the reliability theory,considering the influence of various factors of equipment failure,the corresponding maintenance models were established for single equipment,series system and hybrid system,and the relevant decision-making methods were put forward,the main work and achievements of this thesis were as follows:1.For the single equipment manufacturing system,the reliability was taken as the constraint condition,and the failure rate increasing factor and the service-age decreasing factor were introduced.In this thesis,the influence of the equipment decay on the product was considered,the single equipment preventive maintenance model was established and the sensitive parameters were analyzed.In this thesis,the equipment failure rate obeys weibull distribution as an example to validate the model,using the maintenance method,the best optimal maintenance time and optimal maintenance times of the equipment were found.2.For the series system,the system would be interrupted as long as the equipment was maintained,and the processing of the whole system would be interrupted.Considering the economic correlation and fault correlation be tween the equipment,the opportunity maintenance strategy was put forward.In this thesis,the preventive maintenance model of the tandem manufacturing system in the finite time interval was established,and the best(Rp,Ro)was found in the system,and the influence of maintenance interval size and failure factor on maintenance cost was analyzed.3.For the hybrid manufacturing system,the process equipment due to inc reased service age,the reliability of the equipment will be different.In this thesis,the reliability was taken as the evaluation index of product qualification rate,and the production bottleneck process was found by the sum of the qualified product capacity of each process.At this time,the processes were sorted by reliability to find the number of equipment that meet the bottleneck requirements and the remaining non-working equipment would be judged by opportunity maintenance or downtime.The system establishes the maintenance cost model to find the best(Rp,Ro)combination,which was the basis of maintenance judgment,avoiding the over-maintenance of the system and improving the system's production capacity.Through the above analysis,the maintenance method proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the maintenance cost and improve the maintenance efficiency of the enterprise.It provides a reference for the maintenance and management of the manufacturing system.
