With the rapid development of new energy vehicles,electric vehicles with small air-conditioning,scroll compressor by more and more attention.Because the scroll compressor has the advantages of small size and high efficiency,it is very convenient and advantageous to apply the scroll compressor to the field of electric vehicle air conditioner.Taking into account the location of the electric vehicle air conditioning and the performance of the impact of oil and gas separator installed in the scroll compressor in the front shell,the role is to discharge the compressor before the refrigerant and lubricating oil and its effective separation.Electric vehicle air conditioning scroll compressor,once a large number of lubricants with the refrigerant into the other parts of the air conditioning system,will reduce the cooling efficiency;Moreover,a large number of lubricants into the pipeline,will lead to scroll compressor back Lack of oil,affecting the performance of the scroll compressor lubrication.In this paper,the oil and gas separators built in the front shell of the scroll compressor are simulated and used.The oil and gas mixture is subjected to the rotary motion in the oil and gas separation zone,and the oil and gas separation is carried out by the centrifugal inertial force.The oil and gas separator has smaller Of the volume,so the oil and gas separator area will be very small,so the oil and gas mixture import mode and the import speed of the size of the separation performance will have a great impact,it is necessary to further explore the electric vehicle air conditioning scroll compressor The oil and gas separation law,to provide the basis for the optimization of oil and gas separator.In order to find out the law of oil and gas separation in the scroll compressor of electric vehicle,the geometrical model of the oil and gas separator was established by the study of the prototype,and the geogrid was divided.Then,the oil and gas separator was numerically simulated by FLUENT software The flow field,pressure and velocity distribution of the rotating flow field in the oil and gas separator under the two types of radial inlet and tangential inlet are obtained by using the RNG ?? — turbulence model to calculate the compressed gas of the continuous phase.The DPM model of the phase is added to the liquid oil droplets of the discrete phase to be traced to calculate the trajectories of the oil droplets under the two structures.Based on the capture and escape of the oil droplets,the separation efficiency of the oil and gas separators is calculated.In this paper,the simulation results of the two-phase flow field are obtained by simulating the two different inlet modes and different inlet velocities.The oil-gas separator With higher separation efficiency;oil and gas mixture inlet speed increases,oil and gas separation efficiency is reduced.The influence of inlet direction and inlet velocity on the separation efficiency is studied,which provides atheoretical basis for the optimization design of oil and gas separator.
