With the deepening of the concept of assembly building,the increasing attention of underground space,in order to ensure the underground structure engineering quality,improve the construction speed,assembly type development concept of underground structure is gradually formed.Closed frame structure is a kind of underground structure which has been applied in recent years,such as the standard section of underground integrated corridor.The closed frame structure with upper and lower assembly can solve the problem of larger section size and larger weight,while the upper and lower wall of the connection node is also one of the key components of the assembly of underground structures.In the existing engineering calculation of the closed frame,the load conditions are generally simplified to add the foundation reaction force evenly to the bottom plate,ignoring the influence of the foundation deformation.The calculation method is the simplified method of the reaction method,and cannot obtain the real internal force of the structure accurately.This paper compares the quantitative analysis method of elastic foundation beam which is close to the real situation and force method simplified algorithm is proposed for the difference between the correction results of internal force simplification reaction method,can obtain more accurate calculation for the internal force of the structure design of node.In this paper,a new type of splicing node based on dry connection is proposed for the underground wall.And the design of the five groups of specimens for prefabricated dry joints of the bending performance test,proved the feasibility of the connection form,verify its transmission characteristics.And the influence of the arrangement of the steel bar and the arrangement of the waterproof strip on the bending performance of the structure were investigated in the experiment.According to the deformation characteristics,based on the physical condition of the internal force balance and the geometrical condition of the deformation coordination,the bending stiffness calculation model including the joint interface is established and the bending resistance of the specimen is calculated.Bearing capacity calculation model,the bending stiffness model is described mainly for the rotation stiffness model,and the correspondence relationship between the specimen angle and the external load is obtained.The theoretical value of the model is compared with the experimental value.The deflection,the opening amount of the joint and the rotation angle of the structure are in good agreement with the experimental data,which proves the applicability of the calculation model.Based on the calculation model,the design method of the underground assembly dry connection wall is put forward,taking into account the two-parameter design objectives of the structural bearing capacity and the waterproof bearing capacity.Through the research of this paper,the accuracy of the internal force calculation of the underground closed frame is improved.The proposed new assembly node provides a guiding significance for the design of the connection node of the assembled underground structure wall,and the design and calculation method of the prefabricated dry connection wall,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the assembled connection node.
