Precast concrete building,because it can realize the construction of high efficiency,high quality,low consumption of resources and low environmental impact,also with remarkable economic benefits and social benefits,is the current development trend of building.Therefore our countuy attach great importance to the development of modern construction industry,it is developing rapidly and leading the entire national economy structure adjustment and upgrade, has become an important pillar industry in the national economy.At present, the precast concrete structure is only limited to the pure frame structure and shear wall structure, the research and engineering practice about the precast concrete frame-shear wall structure composed of precast columns, precast walls, precast nodes and the precast beams is still in blank. The pure frame structure's construction height is limited by seismic consideration, not meet the current market requirement for high land utilization. The pure shear wall structure with large quantity of nodes, complicated connecting process and the limited space and span, is only applied to some commodity houseing, low rent housing and affordable housing. As a result of the arrangement of shear walls in frame structure, the precast frame-shear wall structure not only can be applied to residential, but also can be widely used in commercial buildings, office buildings, industrial factory building, is the future development direction of precast concrete structure.This article started from the selection of precast frame-shear wall structure's split systems, proposed some resolution schemes, analysed and compared the technical and economic indexes, determined the optimal plan of the subject for study. Taking Shenyang Jianzhu University graduate student apartment building as the pilot project, the research group made intergrative application from split design and manufacture to assembly,which including:deepen the design of the precast split graph at the design stage,explore and summarize the design method of precast split graph, make it suitable for precast factory in industrial production; at the precast stage,we solved several key technologies for prefacast,groped the manufacture of various precast components, and puts forward some suggestions for the precision control during precast; at the on-site assembly stage of prefast components hoisting and adjustment, we summed up the assembly sequence and method for the split system. Through the practical application of the pilot project and the further improvement,we got a kind of design and assemble technology,which is more suitable for frame-shear wall structure system;This technology has the advantages of reasonable construction,meeting the equivalent principle of cast-in-place,suitable for industrial production and construction,so it can provide the reference of similar structure design and construction.Due to personal energy limited, the article didin't make the experimental study of the seismic behavior of assembled precast components,and the dynamic performance and project under complex stress state need further study.
