Research On The Process And Feature Of China Ecocity Construction Practice

In recent years,the ecological city along with the ecological civilization,more and more attention,and it has become a new target of the transformation of the old city or new town construction.However,due to the uncertainty of its concept and the fuzziness of the scope,many related academic and practice have been in the original understanding of the deviation,but there is a consensus.Based on the concept of perfect connotation in common academic circles on the practice of the construction of China's eco city will be the definition of discrimination and similar to the concept of Ecological City.According to the characteristics of the similar size and attribute of the ecological city will be divided into "top-down" and "bottom-up" class two,to interpret the history and characteristics of better practice.Secondly,the construction process of eco city in 1986-2016 years is expounded,and it is divided into three stages according to the characteristics of construction quantity and quality;It summarizes the three stages of the practice process,the major events,the construction methods,and the promotion of policies,and on this basis,the whole process is analyzed,so as to clear the current situation of China's eco city practice.Finally,as each type has different characteristics,it will be classified and classified on the basis of the two major types of eco city classification,and its characteristics should be summarized on the basis of type,so that the type of eco city will be more accurate and perfect.The eco city collection and selection of national ecological demonstration zones in two parts of the data,using charts to show the characteristics of the development of eco city overall,which analyzes the time and space,site selection,land size,and other aspects of the development of the main features;The case analysis method is used to analyze the characteristics of the thinning types of the two types of eco cities,and each thinning type and large type characteristics are obtained.Based on the summary and analysis of the process and characteristics of the practice,the paper finds out the problems and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,hoping to provide the basis for the development of classified and guiding policies for the eco city development.
