| In recent years,with the continuous enhancement of China’s national economic strength,the construction industry as an indispensable important industry in China’s economic industry,has obtained an unprecedented opportunity for development,but the resulting series of problems of energy consumption and environmental pollution have gradually emerged,so in the construction process,it is vital to strengthen the awareness of environmental protection and the concept of "green construction".This essay,based on the evaluation system and implementation study of green construction,conducts certain study,analysis and summary,extends the scope of green construction to the whole process of construction,respectively evaluates the indexes of three stages of design,construction and operation,and then makes the final evaluation by combining the mutual influence factors among the stages,and studies the practice of establishing the evaluation system at the same time.(1)This essay mainly expounds the harmfulness to the environment brought by the vigorous development of construction engineering under the current economic situation in China.Against this background,experts from all over the world have put forward the concept of "green building" and "green construction".At the same time,the essay analyzes the research achievements of existing shortcomings of the implementation of energy-saving and environmental protection in construction projects made by domestic and foreign scholars.Finally,this essay discusses the main purpose,significance and the main contents of the study.(2)This essay respectively introduces the related theoretical research achievements of "green building" and "green construction",compares the characteristics of the two concepts and the development situation of current green building at home and abroad and the current implementation situation of green construction in China,and expounds the advantages and disadvantages of the two concepts implemented at home and the significance of green construction in China.(3)This essay mainly focuses on the three stages of the whole construction process:design stage,construction stage and operation stage,respectively carrying out theoretical analysis of green construction at each stage,at the same time determining the green construction impact indexes of each stage.The essay,based on the theoretical analysis of Fuzzy Mathematics,uses AHP hierarchy analysis to determine the weight of each index,the coefficient of correlation factor before different stage and the different degree of influence of each index.(4)This essay combines with the concrete project examples,introduces the general situation of the project,respectively conducting the studies of the dynamic evaluation system of green construction in the whole process of construction project at the design stage,construction stage and operation stage,and checking the reliability of the dynamic evaluation system of green construction and evaluation effects combined with the concrete development situation of green construction.The purpose of this paper is to establish a set of green construction evaluation system suitable for China’s current national conditions by using two kinds of analysis methods,and to apply it to the actual project-Nanjing Youth Olympic Sports Park Project,with a view to improving the existing evaluation system in China and playing a guiding role in the actual project.The actual results show that the evaluation system meets the actual engineering needs,and the actual project benefits are good. |
