The electronic information system of modern large ship is composed of control system,communication system and operational command system.The types of electronic signal are large quantities and complicated.In order to ensure the normal operation of the ship's electronic information system and improving the support capability of ships,equipment that independent of the electronic information system is needed for its online monitoring.This paper integrates the characteristics of electronic information system of ship,aims at the limited space and harsh environment of the ship,it is of great value to develop a monitoring device which can monitor the running state of the ship's electronic information system and adapt to the environment on the ship.Based on the detailed analysis of the current situation of the monitoring equipment of electronic information system signals at home and abroad and direction of development,according to the user's needs,putting forward an overall design of the program.The hardware of equipment is functionally classified as an embedded computer module,a composite instrument module,a composite communication module and a power supply module.The equipment software's development is based on the laboratory Joint Test Platform,complete the research of equipment in the ship to monitor the electronic information system signal.Selecting the embedded computer as the main control unit of the device to support the running of the monitoring system software.The core composite instrument module and the composite communication module use the LAN interface for external communication,DSP+FPGA+function unit is adopted to conplete the function of the module,with the use of high-density design,terminal multiplexing design,functional software and other technologies,the volume of the module is effectively reduced and the flexibility of the module is enhanced.The integration design is adopted to complete the miniaturization of the equipment so as to adapt to the narrow space of the ship;the design of anti splash seal and three proof treatment are adopted to meet the abominable environment condition of ship.On the software side,Labwindows/CVI is used to develop the driver of each function module,and the functional modules are converted into the experimental resources of the joint test system by using the resource packaging tool of the Joint Test Platform.Developing monitoring control process components and monitoring information analysis components.With the support of the Joint Test Platform's integrated capacity,it achieves the control of monitoring process and the information acquisition software's development of electronic information system.Finally,useing the available resources to build a test system,the performance of each module and the platform of system software are tested.The results of test show that the performance of each module and the platform of system software meet the expected requirements.
