In recent years,with the development of information technology,drilling equipment information management has been favored by more and more offshore enterprises.In the actual operation process of drilling equipment management,there are usually two problems:Firstly,Deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform has a large number of specialized equipment and equipment warehouses.How to optimize the inventory management of drilling equipment has become a hot topic in the industry.Secondly,when the drilling platform works in deep sea,the working environment is complex and uncertain,so how to realize the integrated monitoring of the whole drilling platform system?This paper proposes that modern drilling auxiliary equipment management is not only the optimal allocation of equipment resources,but also the integrated monitoring of the drilling platform auxiliary equipment system.On the one hand,the storage management of drilling equipment based on computer information technology can not only improve the efficiency of staff,avoid confusion,complexity and waste of time in the daily operation of equipment inventory,but also ensure the validity of equipment storage data and save management costs.On the other hand,the application of information technology to the integrated monitoring of deep water semi-submersible platform can satisfy the managers'real-time and accurate grasp of the operation status of the platform auxiliary equipment,improve the automatic management level of the drilling platform,and also assist the maintenance of equipment,reduce the failure rate of auxiliary equipment and prolong the service life of equipment.In this paper,the auxiliary equipment inventory management system and equipment integrated monitoring system are planned for each equipment of Deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform.The main tasks include:1)Current situation of equipment management and analysis of system requirements.To analyze the current situation of auxiliary equipment management of deep water semi-submersible drilling platform,summarize the existing problems in equipment management,and further analyze the market demand and functional requirements of developing equipment management system on the basis of practical investigation2)Design of auxiliary equipment management system.According to the demand characteristics of the auxiliary equipment system,the functions of inventory management and integrated monitoring are designed.3)Development of auxiliary equipment management system.Design the database of equipment management system,construct E-R diagrams among entities,design the relationship tables of entities and develop the inventory management module,integrated monitoring module,report analysis module and user management module.This paper proposes that modern drilling auxiliary equipment management is not only the optimal allocation of equipment resources,but also the integrated monitoring of the drilling platform auxiliary equipment system.On the one hand,the storage management of drilling equipment based on computer information technology can not only improve the efficiency of staff,avoid confusion,complexity and waste of time in the daily operation of equipment inventory,but also ensure the validity of equipment storage data and save management costs.On the other hand,the application of information technology to the integrated monitoring of deep water semi-submersible platform can satisfy the managers'real-time and accurate grasp of the operation status of the platform auxiliary equipment,improve the automatic management level of the drilling platform,and also assist the maintenance of equipment,reduce the failure rate of auxiliary equipment and prolong the service life of equipment.
