Power equipment is the core component of the ship,not only the people in our country but also the foreign researchers pay attention to the monitoring of power equipment's working state.In the monitoring system of marine power equipment,data as a key of information system still has some problem,include the collection of inconvenience,low processing efficiency,output curing and other issues.At the same time,the single operation and dependence of the data management module have also became an important factor in its development,so there is an urgent need for developing the monitoring data information system of marine power equipment.To solve the above problems,this paper develops a new system set based on the configuration of thought which can meet user functional requirements in data acquisition,data processing,data output stage.Through the application of configuration thoughts,improving the versatility of the system,and also enhancing the ability of the user modify to meet the demand caused by the changes of application environment and other reasons in the process of using.According to the functional requirements of marine power equipment monitoring data information system,the system adopts three layers distributed structure..NET is selected as development platform,VB.NET is chosen as the system development language,and using SQL Sever 2008 as the database.Then the detailed description of the development process based on the configuration information idea was introduced by the order of data acquisition,data processing,data output.Aiming at the data acquisition,the characteristics of the instrument and data were analyzed,and on this basis,the configurable process of data acquisition is built,then the configuration tool which can help the user to configure the information is design to help user in doing some work,include disassembly of data,operation element automatic generation and hiding,data management;Compared with the traditional system,this system solves a lot of the problems,such as the dependence of people during the process of data input,the difficulty in acquisition of new data and program modification,it improves the degree of automation and the accuracy of the collected data,and establish a good foundation for the program after data acquisition.In the course of data processing,the logic of data reception and the universality of processing function are poor,this paper optimize the data extraction function in a configuration way so that it can adjust adaptively according to the configuration information,thus enhancing the generality of the processing function and solving the problem that the main body of the algorithm needs to be duplicated.And this paper design a new architecture which the main frame combined with multiple DLL files,and customize relevant information in a Configuration mode.In this method,the problems of the traditional system are solved,such as the code is too long and the program is difficult to modify.The common ways of data output are analyzed,and then clear the report output as the main research content.After those working,this paper describes the key problems in the process of generating report,and summarizes the common features of report generation process.Compared with the current system,this system solves the report output cells can only be single field problems,and supplementary data correlation and the change trend of the content,in addition to the report configuration tool is developed to automatically obtain the report number,column number,configuration of the query,without manual input,make the configuration more convenience.At the same time enhance the user-defined function,reduce the user defined report difficulty,support users can modify existing system of report templates or add a new report template,and does not require any modifications to the program code level,make the system more new does not depend on the program developer.
