At present, China is in a critical period to speed up the industrialization,urbanization and new rural construction, the development of green building is not onlyconducive to changing the building mode of the town, promote the development of newindustries, can also effectively deal with energy crisis, the implementation of sustainabledevelopment conception, so the development of green building is an inevitable trend.Green building rating tools come into being. In this thesis, on the basis of currentsituation of domestic and international green building, to research the green buildingrating system for domestic and international. This thesis showed the detailed analysis ofthe LEED certification of the foreign evaluation system and the domestic "greenbuilding evaluation criteria” and the difference both of them. Finally, it studied thecontents of the LEED certification and summarized the appropriate design andconstruction measures those can be taken in the actual project. This thesis demonstratedthe feasibility of those measures through the application in practical project. It showedthe analysis of the project for LEED certification for sustainable development location,the score strategy taken by the use of water conservation, energy and atmosphere,materials and resources, indoor air quality and innovative design six contents in detailed.Particularly, it given out detailed studies of the five kinds of energy-saving programs,and introduced eQuest energy simulation software to simulate the energy consumptionthroughout the year of the five energy-saving programs, and the results of the simulationwere compared with energy consumption of the benchmark building identified with theASHRAE Standard to obtain energy savings of various energy conservation programs.Finally, the thesis summed up several application difficulties under China’s currentconditions by the LEED TM applied in project. |
